My wife and I showed up on a Saturday morning little did we know they we’re having a church event inside was a little skeptical at first, but we sit down and order. Our food. Service was great. Food was amazing but the church event they were having was even better. The pastor was absolutely amazing. He captivated my attention as I was eating the delicious fried chicken. Pancakes and my wife had the bacon egg and cheese sandwich. If you’re in Mississippi and you’re looking for some southern style food, I highly recommend southern style restaurant.

The food was delicious, especially the waffles. I could eat them every day. The staff were so nice and treated us like they were feeding family. And so much food for a great price. I haven't fed 6 adults full meals for 100 for a very long time. Bellys and hearts were full.

I could taste love in every bite! Meatloaf. Mashed potatoes & gravy, lima beans, vegetable soup & roll. Hubby had the crawfish etoufe, fried catfish & cornbread! Definitely come back !!

Food for the soul and made with heart my advice would be to pick a bigger table so you have room for all the food. We were there on Sunday with the after church crowd. Sunday specials include fried chicken with rice, greens, mac & cheese and cornbread. Yummy! I'm sorry we couldn't stay for dessert to try one of the several cobblers.

This was my second time at Southern style with my first time being about a year ago. The food was amazing. It’s definitely a down home granny dining room or kitchen table type of vibe. I loved my waitress so much she was so sweet. I got the seafood has brown with two eggs scrambled and a biscuit. I mixed it all together so i don’t have a picture separate. I forgot to ask for no cheese but it was delicious anyway! My friend got the queens breakfast and loved EVERYTHING and she’s a picky eater. Will be going again

A must stop for Natchez!!! A few twist & turns to get there but worth it! Home cooking that is delicious!! Such wonderful sweet ladies running this restaurant. They make the food even better We ate breakfast this time but hoping to stop for lunch next trip bc their lunch special that day was spaghetti w meatballs, green beans & roll for 7!!!! Tomorrow’s special is chicken dressing... for 7 and they have 3 different homemade cobblers & more for dessert

You may guess from my lack of melanin that I do t have a broad depth of experience with soul food. That said, this restaurant served me the BEST greens I have ever eaten. We went at about 1:30pm on a Sunday, and the place was busy. Only one server was working, but I got the impression that this was not usual. Delicious!

Food is delicious - wait times can be long, but well worth it. Staff are all very friendly and even the other customers were talkative. Prices are perfect too
